What is this about?

Report from road.cc: A male cyclist has died in London this afternon following a collision with a tipper truck. The incident took place at around 4.20pm in Homerton High Street…the victim pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the lorry stopped at the scene and is assisting officers with their investigation.
